PitmasterNash on Developing a BBQ Team

The Key to having a good BBQ teams is to have all your teammates on the same page. Everyone must work together to achieve the goal being reached.

The thing you do not want to happen is to allow everyone to go there own direction. That could be costly to the team. Everyone should be on the same page and going the same direction.

Here is a list of things to consider
  1. Team Name
  2. Teammates Responsibilities
  3. Ingredient Development
  4. Cooking Style
  5. Camp Setup
  6. Practicing Together

This is a small group of things to consider before entering any contest.
